Filmmaker Bio:
My name is Jovan Peter and I am presently a student at the Dominica State College in Dominica, where I reside. I am a head altar server at the Cathedral in my district and a member of other church groups. My interests involve engineering things, making, designing and many other things which require art, imagination and skill. I also love outdoor activities and learning new things including camera work, keeping abreast to new technology amongst many others. I was very excited when I first learnt of video production but was too overloaded to begin. However I was eventually able to start, and worked steadily for hours on it. I love doing things as perfect as possible and hopefully, this may be seen from the video. I do not like to settle for mediocrity, unless if I have no choice. Finally, I am always curious about learning more about my faith, and I love even more, to share it with others in a fun-filled, happy manner.

YOUCAT/Catechism Inspiration:
The section which inspired my film the most was the area on the sacraments.
With very little resources and very little time, you guys did a great job for the first time. This video is packed with information. We will continue to pray that one of you will some how have the opportunity to attend World Youth Day. We know the fundraising has been slow, do not be discouraged. Our small country can not finance this but trust in God and he will make a way. Please vote for this video…it may not be the same quality as the others but the inspiration, determination, commitment and faith these young people have is a true testimony. Can’t wait to see the Commonwealth of Dominica flag in Rio!
