Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, the choice it’s always life!

The Choice strongest elements are the voiceover testimonials of young women faced with the choice and choosing life. The film would benefit from emphasis on these stories, perhaps leaving some of the transitional dissolves and wipes and other gimmicky graphical elements behind.

The audio at the beginning was difficult to understand. This detracted from an otherwise superbly done film.

I think a more story-based approach would have been more effective than something closer to preaching. The presentation seemed to be more of a promotional video for a particular pregnancy center than a look at the overall issue or how it impacted teens.

Good use of black/white blocked stills of faces in pained contemplation. Framed by the 6th Commandment, “Thou Shall Not Kill”, it is a narrative of the gift of life up close and personal. The fight for the right to life continues. This production is a powerful weapon in the battle. Well done.

The engine that almost starts (but doesn’t quite get going) is a new metaphor. I appreciated this as a car guy.

The new and compelling piece of this video was the information regarding those mothers who hear, “for the first time” the hearbeat of their own child, through the ultrasound scans done via free mobile clinics. I would love to have heard the stories of some of these women!

Good musical choices and choice of sound effects. Good ideas, although not always connected as a whole. Important info shared! :)
