2015 Film Contest Results

The results are in for the 2015 “Power of the Rosary” Contest

Suzanne Haugh directs the charitable non-profit Goodness Reigns, Inc. and has worked as a Catholic journalist for over 13 years. She lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband of 20 years and their three children.

The results are in!

The winning film for the 2015 “Power of the Rosary” Film Contest is “100,000 Rosaries for Angola” by Diana Rizo of Duncanville, TX. Diana will receive the $1,000 prize.

Runners-up are: (Each will $100 gift card from B & H Photo)

“A Weapon for Our Times” by James Sprott of Denton, NE
“The Bomb and the Blessed Mom” by Beth Dunn of Cincinnati, OH
“My Mother and I” by Alan Habib of El Cajon, CA

Films will join the Goodness Reigns’ film archive and will be eligible for selection into the film fest to be held in Krakow, Poland, as part of World Youth Day 2016.

Also, select films may also appear on the website for Our Lady’s Rosary Makers.

On behalf of Our Lady’s Rosary Makers, we wish to thank all  participating filmmakers. Our hope is that they and others will continue to use their talents to infuse the Internet with faith-based media that will impact others, as well as grow their own faith and filmmaking skills.
