Over 6,000 U.S. Teens Send Birthday Wishes & Messages to Pope Francis

Youth and young adults who gathered for the 2013 National Catholic Youth Conference welcomed the opportunity to sign two posters being sent to the Holy Father.

Suzanne Haugh directs the charitable non-profit Goodness Reigns, Inc. and has worked as a Catholic journalist for over 13 years. She lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband of 20 years and their three children.

The three-day event takes place every other year and brings together tens of thousands of youth, young adults and their parents and campus ministers from across the United States.

Goodness Reigns gave those attending the opportunity to sign two posters that are being sent to

Pope Francis. Those attending were glad to have an opportunity to communicate to the Holy Father.
